Returns Policy

At Faelan Organics we want to provide the best products and service. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, please use the contact form via the Contact tab.

Please explain your concerns with the product with as much detail as possible. If you are experiencing a fault with the products, we may ask for digital evidence of the reported fault before processing a refund or exchange.

If the item you have purchased has not lived up to your expectations, we offer a 30 day 100% money-back-guarantee.

If for any reason the item you purchased is incorrect or defective, we will pay for the return shipping and send you a new item. Please note, the item must be sealed and unopened.

If you are requesting a refund, we will endeavor to process it as quickly as possible. You can expect your refund within four weeks after posting to the return shipper. In many cases you will receive your refund before this time, however this is dependent on the transit time, processing time of your return and bank processing.

You will be notified of the status of your refund via e-mail once we have received and processed the returned item.

 

Damaged or Faulty Products

We pack your products with as much care and protection as possible so they can arrive safely into your hands.

If your product arrives damaged or faulty due to transit, please contact us within 7 days of receiving the item. Our team will organise a return of the product and a fresh one will be sent to you as quickly as possible!
